Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your hardware in its original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit and include a printed copy of your RMA form inside the box.
Ship to Our Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
